In 2009, for the third consecutive year, FCA was recognized for its sound fiscal management by Charity Navigator, the country's premier charity evaluator. FCA received a 4-star rating for its ability to effectively manage and grow its finances. Charity Navigator has given the designation to only 12 percent of the charities it evaluates. According to the service, the rating is "exceptional" and "differentiates the Fellowship of Christian Athletes from its peers and demonstrates to the public it is worth of their trust."
